Myself and a colleague came to Manchester on business. these apartments are fantastic and great value for money. they are spotlessly clean, very spacious and are well furnished and equipped.

We arrived at the apartments a little earlier than expected, only to be told we'd been upgraded to the penthouse suite!! We were so excited. Plenty of space for us all, and lots of outside space on the balconies. Two bathrooms were very handy (7 women after all)! We initially had been booked into a 6 person apartment with a put up bed for the 7th person and only 1 bathroom so to be upgraded was a fabulous bonus. We had a great time. Only a 5 minute walk to the centre where all the bars were. Would stay here again in a flash. Staff were extremely helpful and even let us leave our cases / bags until we got picked up in the evening. A fab time had by all.

We had travelled long distance and the reception was professional, welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The flat was clean, relaxing and just what we needed. Everyone kicked off their shoes and made a hot drink. To cap it all there was a wonderful malaysian restaurant just around the corner that we ordered a takeaway from and ate in.

Up for daughters graduation. Excellent, spacious, well equipped, comfortable accommodation. So much better than a couple of non descript cheap hotel rooms. Even had a washing machine!!

The staff at City Warehouse Apartments were very polite and professional - someone was on hand 24 hours a day to order cabs and answer any questions we had. They fixed things quickly and were very helpful when it came to printing out a boarding pass I'd overlooked sorting out at home. The price was great for the quality of the apartment and the location great for going out, eating and walking to the MEN Stadium. I'll definitely stay here again and would recommend this accomodation to anyone travelling to Manchester. Thanks to the staff for making our stay a good one.

My girlfriend and I were in Manchester for two nights as we were seeing a show at the Evening News Arena. The apartments were within fifteen minutes walk of everything the city has to offer. We had not stayed in an apartment like this before; it was spacious, modern, and clean... we will definitely look at doing this again as opposed to a hotel room, and will absolutely stay at the City Warehouse apartments if / when we return to Manchester.

The apartments are conveniently located, very clean and good value for money. But the icing on the cake is the customer service. Edward, Sash and Ian were all very helpful and very polite - each going out of their way to ensure that our stay was positive. We would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic place to stay at. Its a home from home. Everything you need is there ready for you. Spoitlessly clean, staff brilliant, nothing is a bother and very helpful. A short walk in to the town and railway station. Would recomend this hotel to any one.

I am used to staying at 4 hotels and was therefore not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a large two bedroom apartment and couldn't fault it. Clean, well equipped, comfortable and excellent location. A complete bargain at £60 per night. I certainly recommend this apartment hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very reasonably priced. Excellent accommodation very clean and loads of room especially as we have teenage kids. Staff were very helpful with regards to parking and local shops etc. Also very central for the Arndale centre, the Manchester arena and other shops. We would definitely go back only wish we had longer.

Lovely, clean room. Staff were really nice and keen to help! Hotel was only a few minutes walk from the centre and there were plenty of carparks near by. This was perfect for a girlie night away!

This is by far the best accomodation I've stayed in. The staff are friendly and approachable and are always there to deal with any Issues, quickly and effectively. Check in time is at 3pm but they will always allow you earlier access to your apartment or penthouse. I would recommend this deal to everyone as it is well worth the money. The City Warehouse will always be my first choice when booking accommodation Manchester

We travelled to manchester from spain to shop in the january sales!! We stayed at the city warehouse apartments, and we were both soooooo impressed with the service we received from the reception staff, they were very helpful, and the apartment itself was like home from home. It was very well designed, immaculately clean, lovely and warm, and had all the modern comforts needed. The location of the apartment was fabulous, next door to the comedy club, and a 3 - 4 minute walk into the shopping centre. We will be returning next year!!

I normally don't leave feedback good or bad. However this apartment deserves the effort as the apartment was faultless and very spacious. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment an got a free upgrade to a two bedroom.
Excellent decor, space and location. Would stay here again if staying in Manchester.

Excellent 2 night stay at the City Warehouse apartments, we went for a Christmas shopping break, great location only 10-15mins walk from the Train station to get to the Apartments and around 10 mins walk into City centre shops. Apartment was very clean, stylish and comfortable. Planning a return stay in the near future.... go on book it you will not be disappointed

Second stay here in the last 6 weeks and had the Penthouse this time. Brilliant again and made for a better trip having somewhere as good as this to stay. Would book this place where possible every time i go to Manchester.

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments and they are still as clean and comfortable as our first visit. The rooms are nicely decorated and homely and well equiped with all the kitchen utensils you could need for a short stay. The water is lovely and hot and the rooms where very warm and comfortable as we visited during a cold period. The staff are very helpful and we will definately be staying again next year.

Stayed here a number of times and cannot rate the place highly enough. The rooms are quality, large and spotless with super comfy beds. Service is always prompt and helpful. I shall continue to stay at City Warehouse whenever in manchester, keep up the good work chaps !

Wow - I've been in friends flats smaller than this. A two bedroomed fully fitted and furnished flat. It had absolutely everything. The only thing that it didn't have for a girl who can't live without them was some GHD's (but I never leave home without mine - so was no problem). Seriously though, there was a hairdryer in both bedrooms. The living area was spacious and well furnished. And the kitchen area had everything - including washing machine and microwave. A perfect place to stay if you are away on business for more than one or two nights.

Staff make you feel really welcome and the accommodation is so modern and clean. Apartment is also right in the centre of the city which is great for pubs, shopping and going to the MEN Arena.

Centrally located high end quality serviced apartments, within 5-10 mins walk of main Manchester train station.
Made a pleasant change to stay in an apartment rather than a standard hotel, and would recomend it to anybody.

None of our group had ever tried an apartment rather than hotel rooms before, but we would certainly do it again. Fron the start that staff couldn't do enough to help us and the set up suited us down to the ground.
Conveniently located, had all of the amenities that we required.

Had an excellent stay, the apartment was to a high standard with helpful staff. The apartment was close to the city centre and did not need a car, parked the car in the NCP car park for two days and got an excellent discount from the City Apartment. will definitely stay there again if we choose to visit Manchester in the future.

Myself, my two teenagers and one 12 year old were attending a concert at the MEN arena.
This place provided the perfect solution to our accommodation, as we were too many for one family room and didn't want to have to pay for two hotel rooms. To get this apartment, so cheaply, and so near to Men arena, was a great boost. Apartment was lovely, well furnished, clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect solution, and we will definitely return, and recommend it to others.

We stayed at the City Warehouse earlier this week, and have to say we were really impressed with the quality of the accommodation. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The staff who greated us were friendly and helpful.
I would say the only draw back was it was easy to drive past, not being too easily marked. It was the car park that we were advised to park at that identified the entrance way for us.
Overall though - couldn't fault the accommodation - excellent value for money and would stay again. Highly recommended!!!!

I just wanted to Thank all the staff for such a wonderful stay! I'm from Vancouver, Canada and stayed with you guys the month of April. All the staff couldn't be more helpful and they were so polite! Everything was clean and the rooms had absolutely everything. I enjoyed my stay in England and was glad I picked such an outstanding place to stay. The place was spacious and comfortable, the staff were always asking us if we needed anything else, and also brought us extra plates when we had our guests for dinner, just amazing! the rooms were a great rate, very affordable for what you are getting! Thank you all for going the extra mile to make our stay feel right at home! cheers! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The staff are very warm and friendly and ask you if there is any information you need regarding the local area. The apartment was absolutely spotless- a lot of the utensils etc didn't even look like they had been used! Despite it being on a busy road, there was no noise whatsoever and we were able to have a peaceful nights sleep! We only stayed one night and I was actually very sad to leave, as it was in an ideal location and absolutely lovely!

Having recently stayed in very scruffy serviced apartments in Glasgow, I had managed my expectations, but my business partner and I were suitably impressed. The apartment was well located, very comfortable and really did feel like a home from home. Great wifi reception too which you don't always get. Really appreciated the friendly staff and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here just one night for a gig at the Arena. Ten minutes walk from Picadilly station, 10 minutes walk the other way to MEN arena - perfect. Bit difficult to find purely because very unobtrusive signage, however we were upgraded to 2 bed apt. Fantastic just pity we were there one night only. Fully expected it to be noisy as right by main road, but very clever design, bedrooms at back overlooking courtyard, was absolute silence, never heard a dicky bird. Luxurious bedding, very comfy, couldn't fault it

We stayed over at the apartments very last minute, with it being cold and snowy outside we were pleased to find the hotel and have a warm welcome we were shown up to our lovely apartment on the first floor and instantly felt at home, the flat was a brilliant size with a lovely living room well decorated bedroom and good bathroom. I think that for the same price as a hotel Id much rather stay here as you can really feel at home and have far more space. The staff were excellent. Id definitely go again.

Me and my 5 friends travelled from Blackpool for a weekend in manchester. We book the citywarehouse apartmernts as this seemed good value. The apartment was immaculate and very modern. As there were 6 of us there were 2 double rooms and 2 sofa settees in the lounge area. The apartments were in an excellent location as we were going to the Birdcage near the printworks. This is only a 10-15 min walk.

My first time in a serviced apartment hotel and I shall definitely be using them again. The one bedroomed apartment I had was extremly well equipped and very comfortable. I felt much more at home here than I would do in a "normal" hotel and enjoyed the freedom to come and go as I pleased. Helpful staff. Good central location. A real find and perfect for my needs on this trip.

I stayed here with 5 other girls for my 21st Birthday! Brill location close to all pubs, clubs and shops. Excellent apartments, very modern and clean, also loads of space. Can't fault the place. Staff were friendly and helpful, great price for rooms and overall a fab experience, would recommend to anyone of any age.

Me and 7 friends stayed in the City Warehouse Penthouse for 2 nights. The accomodation was ultra clean and fresh. All the facilities were more than enough to accomodate 8 people. Maybe the sofa could do with being a little bigger but aside from that everything else was perfect. Location is ideal, very close to nightlife and shopping all within less than 10 minutes walking distance. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely fantastic place! So much better than staying in a hotel for the same cost! Apartments are brand new and really well placed for access to Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

We booked a mid term break for 2 adults and 4 children (aged from 16-13) in City Warehouse. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which slept 6. I was very impressed with the standard of accomoodation. There were 2 double rooms and the lounge had 2 very comfortable leather sofas that converted very easily into a large single/small double bed. The kitchen area had everything you could need - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of utensils and crockery. The customer service was great. Tom rang me the night before and explained that as we were arriving early 10am we could leave our luggage and come back around 2 when apartment would be ready. The apartments are 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Gardens and there are plenty of shops/fast food restaurants nearby. I was pleased with the standard of accommodation and felt it gave excellent value for money - would highly recommend it!!

Me and a few of our friends stayed in one of the 'City Warehouse Apartments' last weekend and we all thought it was brilliant. Some of our other friends were staying at some of the well known named hotels down the road and in comparison they were sheds. The apartments was fully modern with everything you need and was extremely clean and tidy. We'll definately be staying again on our next visit to Manchester.
