The Apartments
Formed to ensure that visitors to Manchester have the choice they deserve, The City Warehouse Apartment Hotel offers an alternative to standard city centre hotel rooms. We have a selection of brand new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom penthouses, all furnished to a high standard and kitted out with all the mod cons and appliances that you would expect from a luxury hotel, and more. We want you to enjoy yourself, and we think you will with us!
Our block of 28 apartments is located on the edge of Manchester's fashionable Northern Quarter, just a few minutes walk from Victoria Train Station and Shudehill Interchange, with Piccadilly Station also close by. The Arndale Shopping Centre is a short walk away.
Check-in is from 3pm-10pm Monday to Friday and 3pm-7pm Saturday and Sunday. Out of hours check-ins can be arranged directly with the hotel. Check out is at 12noon.

Our 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom penthouse apartments with sofa beds can sleep up to 4, 6 and 8 respectively. Please note that our sofa beds are 1.5 size and are designed to sleep 2 smaller adults or 2 children. If these are not suitable for your group, we can provide extra fold-out beds on request.
Due to UK law, it is illegal and not permitted to smoke inside public buildings. We therefore ask you kindly not to smoke indoors during your stay with us. Anyone who is found smoking in guest rooms will be required to pay a 50GBP fine.
Full payment is required on arrival at the hotel. Guests may also be required to pay a security deposit on check-in of between 50GBP-300GBP, depending on the type of apartment booked. This is taken as a pre-authorisation on a valid debit or credit card and is fully refundable on check-out, provided keys are returned safely and the hotel's terms and conditions have been adhered to.
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to check in time (3pm) on the day of your arrival. We do not charge a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled outside of this 48 hour period. However, we do make a charge equal to your first night's stay if you cancel within the 48 hours.
